Pontins – Bluecoats and Autographs part 2

This is a follow- up blog to the one here: https://jackiedinnis.wordpress.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=1057&action=edit

I posted this photograph:

It is a group photograph of the Pontins Bluecoats. I was very pleased when one of them commented on this blog, leaving a message to say his name is Tony Day, and he is third from the left in the back row. He had a good friend, John Rayner, who is third from right, back row. Tony now lives in New Zealand, and I love the way the internet can reach across the world and connect people like this!

As well as the photograph I also collected autographs, and on looking through my book I found I had both of their signatures!

auto11Tony also remembered that the man with the moustache seated in the front row was Billy Crush, and yes, I’ve kept his autograph too! So thanks to Tony, I can now fill in some names to the faces!
